- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup POM Blueberry Syrup
- 1 egg
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 teaspoon maple extract
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup blueberries plus a few extra to decorate top of bread
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 tablespoons granulated sugar
