- Heat pineapple with syrup, sugar, 1 c. water, vinegar and soy sauce to boiling. Mix cornstarch and 2 Tbsp. cool water, stir into pineapple mix. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Cold to room temperature, stir in plum jam. Cover and chill. Makes 6 c.. Serve with egg rolls and wontons.
