- 1 c. Butter
- 1/4 c. Sweet sherry
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1 c. Whipping cream
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla

- Bananas with Cream xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
- Heat butter in microwave 30 seconds. Peel bananas, slice legthwise or possibly crosswise, add in to melted butter and heat 2 min. Place on serving platter, discarding butter, sprinkle with sherry and 1/4 c. sugar.
- Whip cream, add in vanilla and remaining sugar. Cover bananas with cream.
