Roll out dough on floured surface.

Sprinkle corn meal on peel

Lay dough onto peel and make sure the dough slides.

Drizzle olive oil onto dough

Spoon on the crushed tomatoes and spread to an inch of the edge and add toppings

Sprinkle mozzarella onto sauce

Sprinkle with parmesan cheese, olive oil and italian seasoning

Slide onto stone in a 500F oven for 8-10 minutes
