- 4 x Garlic cloves finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 c. Juice & pulp of sour oranges
- 1 tsp Grnd oregano
- 1 tsp Basil fresh & minced
- 3 Tbsp. Minced onion

- Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Pour over pork, venison, or possibly poultry. Cover and chill for 12-24 hrs. When cooking the meat use this as a basting suace as well.
