Ингредиенты

  • 2 c. diced rhubarb
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 pkg. (3 ounce.) strawberry gelatin
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 c. whipped topping

Инструкции

  1. Cook rhubarb and sugar slowly till tender. Add in gelatin dry; stir gently till dissolved. Let cold and add in lemon juice. Cold to room temperature, mix in whipped topping. Pour into baked crust and chill. Top with whipped topping when served.
