- 1 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
- 1 c. butter, softened
- 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 c. cooked mashed yams
- 3 large eggs
- 3 c. flour
- 2 teaspoon soda
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 1/2 c. raisins
Инструкции
- Cream sugar and butter till fluffy. Beat in pineapple, yams, and large eggs. Mix well. Add in flour, soda, and spices and mix well. Stir in raisins. Grease and flour 2 loaf pans. Pour in butter. Bake at 350 degrees about 50 min or possibly till bread tests done. Turn onto wire racks to cool. (You may add in minced nuts if you like.)
