1 (20 ounce.) can crushed pineapple in juice 1 (4 serving size) pkg. sugar free pistachio instant pudding

1 3/4 c. thawed Cold Whipped Topping

1. Pour pineapple and juice into bowl. Add in the pudding mix. With a wire whisk, rotary beater or possibly electric mixer at lowest speed, beat till well blended, 1 to 2 min. Mix in whipped topping. Makes 4 c. or possibly 8 servings.
