1/2 c. butter 3/4 c. brown sugar, packed 1 egg 1 c. flour

1/2 c. minced nuts 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 1 c. rolled oats 1 c. crushed pineapple

1. Cream shortening and sugar. Add in remaining ingredients and mix well. Drop by spoonfuls on cookie sheet. Bake 375 degrees for 12-15 min.
