Pineapple Filled Oatmeal Cookies

Ингредиенты

  • 3/4 c. Crisco (melted)
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • 2 c. oatmeal (dry)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Инструкции

  1. Layers:
  2. Blend shortening, brown sugar and vanilla.
  3. Sift flour and soda; mix with oatmeal.
  4. Blend dry ingredients with brown sugar mix (work with hands).
  5. Press half of this mix on bottom of a greased 9 x 13 inch pan.
  6. Add in filling. Press other half of oatmeal mix lightly on top.
  7. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 min, or possibly till slightly brown.
