2 packages. (3 ounce) lime or possibly lemon Jello
1 c. evaporated lowfat milk
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple
1/4 c. minced celery

2 c. boiling water
1 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. Miracle Whip
1/4 c. nutmeats

Dissolve Jello in hot water. Stir in remaining ingredients. Refrigerate till hard.
