- 1/2 c. cream
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 precut fresh pineapple
- 1 pt. vanilla ice cream

- Combine first four ingredients in a saucepan and cook over very low heat till the sugar dissolves completely and the sauce is smooth, about 5 min. Cut the pineapple into slices and the slices into 1/2 inch wedges. Stir the pineapple into the sauce. Serve over scoops of ice cream.
