- 1/4 pound butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 4 Large eggs
- 1 med. can (15 ounce.) pineapple, liquid removed
- 5 slices white bread, cut into cubes

- Grease a 1 1/2 qt casserole dish. Cream butter and sugar. Add in Large eggs and mix well. Stir in liquid removed pineapple. Add in bread to mix. Stir. Bake, uncovered for 3/4 hour at 350 degrees.
- VARIATION: Donna said this recipe can be doubled for 9"x13" pan.
