2 c. pineapple juice, chilled
1/2 c. non-fat dry lowfat milk pwdr

1 teaspoon vanilla
1 pt. vanilla ice cream, softened

Инструкции

Blend juice and lowfat milk pwdr. Add in vanilla and ice cream and beat till smooth and frothy. Pour into 6 chilled tall glasses and serve with straws.
