1 (8 ounce.) pkg. softened cream cheese 2/3 c. (5 ounce. can) undiluted evaporated lowfat milk 1/2 c. coconut

3/4 teaspoon vanilla 1 (8 ounce.) can crushed pineapple in heavy syrup, undrained 1/2 teaspoon grated orange rind

1. Beat cream cheese till fluffy. Add in evaporated lowfat milk and vanilla. Blend. Add in rest and chill. Serve as a dip for fruit.
