- 1 pkg. Duncan Hines yellow cake mix II
- 1 sm. pkg. Jello instant vanilla pudding
- 1 c. flaked coconut
- 1/4 c. corn oil
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. dark rum
- 4 Large eggs

- Put all ingredients in bowl. Beat at medium for 10 min. Pour into 2 greased 9" pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min. Cook well done.
