1 (8 ounce.) can crushed pineapple 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. coconut instant pudding mix

3/4 c. lowfat milk 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream

1. Combine all ingredients in bowl. Beat with wire whisk till thickened. Refrigeratetill serving time. Serve with fresh fruit.
