- Peel hard-boiled Large eggs and place in jar large sufficient to hold all the ingredients.
- Place red pepper and garlic in the jar with the Large eggs.
- Mix remaining ingredients in saucepan and simmer for about 5 min.
- Strain the liquid and pour over the Large eggs in the jar.
- Screw on lid and store in refrigerator until ready to eat about 2 to 3 days.
