Ингредиенты

  • 5 pounds all purpose potatoes
  • 1 lb. salted butter
  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

Инструкции

  1. Peel potatoes (cut in 1 inch cubes). Boil potatoes for 10 min. Heat butter; drain potatoes. Put back in pan. Pour butter over potatoes and mix well. Spread potatoes proportionately on cookie sheet. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over potatoes.
