  • 1 tsp granulated gelatin
  • 1 Tbsp. cool water
  • 1/2 c. iced water
  • 1/2 c. instant nonfat dry lowfat milk
  •     Sugar substitute equal to 3 tspns sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil

Инструкции

  1. Refrigeratea small mixing bowl and beaters.
  2. Meanwhile, soften gelatin in cool water, then dissolve it over boiling water. Allow it to cold till tepid.
  3. Place iced water and nonfat dry lowfat milk in chilled bowl and beat at high speed till stiff peaks form. Continue beating, adding remaining ingredients and gelatin, till blended.
  4. Place bowl in freezer for 15 min, then transfer to refrigerator.
  5. Occasionally stir gently to keep mix smooth and well blended. Store in refrigerator for no longer than two days.
  6. This recipe yields 3 servings.
