- Refrigeratea small mixing bowl and beaters.
- Meanwhile, soften gelatin in cool water, then dissolve it over boiling water. Allow it to cold till tepid.
- Place iced water and nonfat dry lowfat milk in chilled bowl and beat at high speed till stiff peaks form. Continue beating, adding remaining ingredients and gelatin, till blended.
- Place bowl in freezer for 15 min, then transfer to refrigerator.
- Occasionally stir gently to keep mix smooth and well blended. Store in refrigerator for no longer than two days.
- This recipe yields 3 servings.
