- 1 c. whole wheat flour
- 2 T wheat germ
- 1/4 c. bran flakes
- 1/4 c. soy flour
- 1 T unsulphured molasses
- 2 T oil or possibly fat
- 1 T kelp or possibly 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sage
- 1/2 teaspoon bone meal
- 1/3 c. lowfat milk or possibly water

- Mix all ingredients together. Knead and shape. (For cats, roll and cut into narrow strips or possibly ribbons.) Bake at 350 degrees for 20 or possibly 30 min or possibly till lightly toasted. Strips tend to get done sooner. If not hard sufficient, leave in oven with heat off as long as necessary.
