  1. In a 2-qt saucepan combine margarine, sugar, cocoa, egg and vanilla.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly till margarine is melted and mix is smooth, 1 to 2 min. Stir in remaining crust ingredients.
  3. Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan and refrigerate15 min. In a small mixer bowl combine filling ingredients. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often till smooth, 2 to 3 min. Spread proportionately over crust. Refrigerate15 min.
  4. In a 1-qt saucepan combine chocolate pcs and lowfat milk. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally till chocolate is melted, 2 to 3 min.
  5. Spread proportionately over bars. Cover; refrigerate2 to 3 hrs or possibly till hard. Cut into bars. Store, covered, in the refrigerator.
  6. Yield: 4 dozen.
