• 2 Tbsp. Finely minced shallots
• 2 Tbsp. Vinegar
• 1 1/4 c. Mayonnaise
• 1/4 tsp Salt
• 1/2 tsp Garlic pwdr
• 1/4 c. Lowfat sour cream
• 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
• 1/4 c. Cream or possibly half-and-half
• 3/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 1/2 tsp Finely grnd pepper
• 2 1/2 tsp Cracked peppercorns
• 1/4 c. Freshly grated Parmesan Cheese
