Ингредиенты

  • 2 1/2 c. light brown sugar
  • 3/4 c. evaporated lowfat milk
  • Healthy pinch of salt
  • 1 T butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon light Karo corn syrup
  • 1/2 c. minced walnuts

Инструкции

  1. Place all ingredients in heavy saucepan (except vanilla and nuts). Boil 19 min from the time it starts to boil; don't stir. Shake pan occasionally. Remove from heat and set pan in cold water. Add in vanilla and nuts and beat till thick and penuche loses its gloss.
