Penne With Tuna And Tomato Sauce

Ингредиенты

  • 1 (28 ounce.) can whole tomatoes, blended
  • 2 ounce. extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 flat fillets anchovies
  • 1 med. onion, minced
  • 1 clove garlic, sliced very thin
  • 2 1/2 ounce. oil-packed tuna, minced
  • Healthy pinch of black pepper
  • 1 pound penne

Инструкции

  1. Heat oil in skillet with anchovies, onion and garlic over low flame. Cook till anchovies are dissolved. Saute/fry for 5 min, then add in tomatoes. Cover and cook for 20 additional min.
  2. In the meantime, cook penne in lightly salted boiling water till al dente. Add in tuna and a healthy pinch of black pepper to sauce. Mix with penne and serve.
