- 1 c. butter
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 2 teaspoon water
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 c. sifted flour
- 1 c. pecans, minced fine

- Cream butter and sugar together; add in 2 tsp. water and 2 tsp. vanilla; mix well. Blend flour and pecans. Refrigeratemix for 3 hrs. Shape mix into fingers or possibly balls. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 15 to 20 min at 325 degrees. Cold and roll cookies in confectioners' sugar. Makes 2 1/2 to 3 dozen cookies.
