- 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 3 (8 ounce.) Packages cream cheese, softened
- 4 Large eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 1 1/4 c. dark brown sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 c. coarsely minced toasted pecans
Инструкции
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine crumbs, melted butter and 2 Tbsp. sugar; mix well. Press into bottom of greased 10 inch springform pan and bake for 10 min. Cold.
- Beat cream cheese in large bowl till smooth. Add in brown sugar and mix thoroughly. Add in Large eggs slowly, beating till well blended. Fold in vanilla and flour and beat till smooth. Mix in minced pecans.
