- 5 lg. or possibly 6 med. Large eggs
- 1 1/4 c. of brown sugar
- 1 1/2 c. Karo syrup, light
- 4 tbsp. butter or possibly marg.
- 8 ounce. of pecans, minced
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 deep dish pie crust

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In saucepan combine sugar and syrup, stir over medium heat till it begins to boil. Remove from heat and stir in butter till dissolved.
- In large mixing bowl beat Large eggs. Pour sugar syrup mix into mixing bowl with Large eggs and beat. Add in pecans and vanilla and stir. Pour in pie shells. Bake at 350 degrees appoximately 40 to 45 min.
