  • 3 Large eggs, well beaten
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1/4 c. maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 c. quick-cooking oats
  • 1/4 c. coconut
  • 1/4 c. pecans
  • 1 unbaked pie crust

Инструкции

  1. Combine first 7 ingredients in mixer bowl; mix well. Stir in oats, coconut and pecans. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or possibly till set.
