Mix as for original recipe. Blend 1/2 c. brown sugar with 1/4 c. soft butter or possibly margarine. Pat mix proportionately in greased muffin c.. Arrange pecan halves in each. Use basic muffin recipe. bake in moderate oven 375 for about 20 min
