Ингредиенты
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 c. pecan halves
Инструкции
- Mix sugar, soda and buttermilk in a heavy saucepan and cook over medium heat to soft ball stage.
- Remove from heat and add in vanilla and pecans. Beat immediately till candy begins to thicken. Drop by tsp. on waxed paper placed on a greased cookie sheet. Cold.
- If mix becomes too thick before all is dropped, stir in 1 or possibly 2 drops of hot water.
