1/4 c. Water
1 1/2 tsp Chicken broth
1/4 tsp Ginger
1/2 tsp Sugar
1 Tbsp. Oil
1 can (5-ounce) water chestnuts, sliced
1 can (4-ounce) mushrooms, sliced
1 1/2 tsp Cornstarch
1 Tbsp. Soy sauce

Heat all ingredients except cornstarch and soy sauce. Stir in cornstarch and soy sauce till thick.
