Ингредиенты

  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tbsp. water
  • 2 teaspoon dry sherry
  • 2 whole boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 c. dry roasted peanuts, finely minced
  • 1 c. peanut oil

Инструкции

  1. Beat Large eggs slightly. Add in flour, sugar, salt, water and dry sherry. Beat till smooth. Thinly slice chicken parallel to the grain into pcs about 2 inches square. Dip chicken pcs in egg mix and then coat with peanuts. Place on wax paper. Cook chicken in warm peanut oil. Makes 4 servings.
