- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 box (10 ounce.) mini-chocolate covered peanut butter c.
Инструкции
- Cream together butter, peanut butter, sugar and brown sugar. Beat in egg and vanilla. Sift together flour, baking soda and salt and add in to creamed mix. Shape dough into 1 inch balls and place in ungreased 1 1/2 inch muffin tins. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 min.
- Take out of oven and press peanut butter c. in center of each cookie till top of peanut butter c. shows. Cold 10 min and then remove from muffin tin.
