- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup flour
- 1 egg
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp lemon juice concentrate
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup peanut butter chips, chopped
Инструкции
- Combine the butter, cream cheese, and flour together.
- Refrigerate for one hour.
- Roll into 24 one-inch balls.
- Place the balls into greased mini muffin cups.
- Press the dough up the sides and on the bottom of each mini muffin cup.
- Set aside.
- Combine the remaining ingredients.
- Fill each dough cup 3/4 full.
- Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until firm.
- Makes 2 dozen
