- 1 c. butter
- 2 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1/4 c. peanut butter
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon

- Mix shortening, sugar, peanut butter and Large eggs thoroughly. Stir in cream of tartar, flour, soda, Large eggs and salt. Form into 1 inch balls. Roll in mix of sugar and cinnamon. Bake on ungreased baking sheet for 8 to 10 min at 400 degrees. Makes 4 1/2 dozen cookies.
