- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. corn syrup
- 1Â 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 6 c. Special K cereal
- 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips

- In a large saucepan over medium-high heat, combine sugar and corn syrup and stir till combined. Bring to a boil and let mix continue boiling till syrup is clear, no more than 2-3 min. Remove from heat and add in peanut butter, stirring till smooth. Add in cereal and gently stir till flakes are coated. Add in chocolate chips and scrape mix into a well-greased 11x7 inch pan, pressing down gently. Cut into bars while still hot.
- Yield: about 2 dozen bars
