- 1 box , (1 pound 3 ounce.) yellow cake mix
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1/2 c. Creamy peanut butter
- 6 Tbsp. Margarine
- 6 Tbsp. Lowfat milk, (up to 7)
- 1/2 c. Creamy peanut butter
- 4 Tbsp. Cocoa
- 6 c. Confectioner sugar, (approximately)
- 1 tsp Vanilla

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease two 9-inch cake pans. Combine the dry cake mix, the amount of water specified on the box, the two Large eggs, and the peanut butter. Mix as directed. oPour the batter into the prepared pans and bake 25-30 min or possibly till the surface springs back. Remove from the oven and let cold in the pans for 10 min. Remove the cake from the pans and cold completely. Frost with chocolate frosting or possibly use the following Chocolate-Peanut Butter Frosting.
- Chocolate-Peanut Butter Frosting: Heat margarine, peanut butter, cocoa, and lowfat milk. Bring to boiling. Add in the confectioners sugar to make the right spreading consistency. Add in the vanilla, and spread.
