- In a bowl, combine flour, 1/4 c. sugar and baking pwdr. Add in lowfat milk, oil and vanilla; stir till smooth. Fold in peanut butter. Pour into a 3 1/2-qt slow cooker.
- In same mixing bowl, stir together remaining 1/2 c. sugar and cocoa pwdr. Gradually stir in boiling water. Pour mix over batter in cooker. DO NO STIR.
- Cover and cook on HIGH 2 to 3 hrs or possibly till a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Serve hot with vanilla ice cream, warm fudge sauce and top with nuts.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
