Peanut Blossom Cookies

What’s not to love about peanut butter cookies that are topped with a dark chocolate kiss? If you can stand just one more cookie recipe, these peanut blossom cookies have been a Christmas tradition in our house for years, and I couldn’t leave them out.
I used to make them with in-expensive peanut butter (aka processed and sugar added), refined sugar, margarine AND before baking them I rolled them in more sugar. A few years ago I re-visited the ingredient list and made some changes, because there are some things you just have to have at Christmas every year.
