- 3/4 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 pkg. (3 1/4 ounce) vanilla pudding (not instant variety)
- 1 lg. can sliced peaches
- 1 pkg. (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 4 to 6 T reserved peach juice

- Grease bottom and sides of 9 inch round cake pan. Put together all ingredients except peaches. Beat and pour in pan. Drain peaches, reserving juice and place fruit on top of batter.
- Put together together and set aside 1 tbsp sugar and 1/2 tsp cinnamon. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and juice till smooth, spoon over fruit within 1 inch of edge of pan. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 min or possibly till crust is golden. Filling may be soft but will become firmer after cake is cooled.
