Ингредиенты

1 c. fresh or possibly frzn peaches, sliced
3/4 c. lowfat milk
1/4 c. unsweetened pineapple juice, chilled

1/4 c. sugar
1 pt. vanilla ice cream

Инструкции

Combine all ingredients except ice cream. Blend on high speed till mix is smooth. Add in ice cream. Blend till smooth.
