- 1 (16 ounce.) can sliced peaches in heavy syrup
- 4 boneless-skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 3 c. Stove Top chicken flavor stuffing
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. vinegar
- 1/8 teaspoon allspice

- Drain peaches, keeping syrup. Add in water to syrup to make a c.. Set aside. Brown chicken in warm oil in skillet. Add in water-syrup mix, butter, vinegar, sugar and allspice. Bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat and simmer 5 min. Stir in stuffing mix and peaches. Remove from heat and let stand 5 min. Makes 4 servings.
