Ингредиенты

  • 1 can sliced peaches in heavy syrup, (1 lb.)
  • 1/3 c. corn starch
  • 1/2 c. + 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 x Egg yokes, slightly beaten
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 x Egg whites

Инструкции

  1. Blend peaches and syrup on high speed of blender 60 seconds or possibly till pureed.
  2. In saucepan mix cornstarch, 1/2-c. sugar and slat.
  3. Gradually stir in lowfat milk, then egg yolks.
  4. Cook and stir over medium low heat till mix boils 1 minute.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Stir in peach puree, lemon juice and vanilla.
  7. Beat egg whites till foamy; gradually add in remaining sugar. Beat till stiff peaks form; fold into cornstarch mix.
  8. Refrigeratein serving dishes.
  9. Top with whipped cream and peach slices.
  10. Makes 6 c.
