  • 4 c. Peeled sliced fresh peaches, (2 pounds)
  • 1 c. Pink champagne
  • 1/3 c. Sifted powdered sugar

Инструкции

  1. Combine all the ingredients in the container of an electric blender; cover and process till smooth. Pour into a shallow baking dish; cover and freeze for 3 hrs.
  2. To serve, let stand at room temperature for 30 min or possibly till slushy.
  3. Yield: 5 c. (serving size: 1/2 c.).
  4. Serving Ideas : Serve immediately.
  5. NOTES : Substitute 2 pounds of sliced frzn peaches for fresh, if you like.
