Ингредиенты

  • 4 c. minced, peeled cantaloupe
  • 4 c. minced, peeled peaches
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
  • 1/2 c. minced walnuts

Инструкции

  1. Combine cantaloupe and peaches in large heavy saucepan. Simmer 20 min stirring till sufficient liquid collect to prevent sticking. Add in remaining ingredients, except walnuts and cook, stirring frequently, till thick. Add in the walnuts and boil 3 min. Ladle into warm jars and seal. 4 to 5 half pints.
