- Blend ricotta cheese, lowfat milk and Parmesan in processor till smooth. Heat oil in heavy large skillet over medium heat. Add in onion; saute/fry till beginning to brown, about 5 min. Add in garlic and saute/fry 2 min. Add in ricotta mix, basil, chives and parsley to skillet; stir till heated through, about 5 min. Fold in rotelle. Season with salt and pepper.
