Ингредиенты

  • 2 jars marinated artichoke hearts
  • 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 c. minced chives
  • 2 T chopped garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry basil
  • 1 T black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 can (28 ounce) plum tomatoes
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan

  1. Drain artichokes, reserve marinade. Heat extra virgin olive oil in large saucepan. Add in onions, garlic, oregano, salt, basil, pepper and marinade. Saute over low heat till onions are soft (10 min). Add in tomatoes and simmer for 30 min. Add in artichokes and Parmesan. Stir and simmer 5 min. Sauce for 1 lb pasta.
