Ингредиенты

  •     The First 9
  • 3 Tbsp. Oil
  • 3 slc Bacon, Minced
  • 1 med Onion, Minced
  • 1 stalk Celery, Minced
  • 1 med Tomato, Minced
  • 1/2 head Cabbage, Shredded
  • 2 x Cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1 pch Chili Pepper
  • 1 pch Dry Basil
  • 1 quart Chicken Stock
  • 6 ounce Pasta, Uncooked Stivaletti
  •     Salt And Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Fresh Parsley, Minced
  • 1 Tbsp. Parmesan Cheese, Grated
  •     Croutons

Инструкции

  1. Place the first 9 ingredients in a soup pot and saute/fry for 10 min. Add in the chicken stock and seasonings and bring to a boil. Meanwhile, cook the pasta in another pot, drain and rinse. Add in to the soup and cook for another 5 min. Adjust the seasonings and serve with grated cheese, parsley and croutons on top.
  2. Savoy cabbage will produce a milder taste than regular cabbage.
  3. The longer the pasta is in the soup the more liquid it will soak up and the thicker, and less brothy, it will be.
