  • 1 Lb pasta (penne)
  • 1 cup (2) chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
  • 1 cup ham, cooked and cubed
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 Tbl dried minced onion
  • 2 cups swiss cheese, shredded
  • salt
  • pepper
  • cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup Panko crumbs
  • 1/2 cup butter melted

  1. Bring a large pot of water to boil over med-high heat
  2. salt it and add the pasta
  3. cook until al dente
  4. drain and return to the pot
  5. add in chicken and ham and toss to combine
  6. preheat the broiler
  7. in a medium saucepan combine the milk, cream cheese, and onion over low-med heat
  8. cook stirring frequently unti it becomes a smooth texture (about 5 mins)
  9. stir into pasta mixture
  10. stir in swiss cheese and season to taste
  11. transfer pasta to baking dish and top with Panko bread crumbs
  12. pour melted butter over crumbs and broil until browned (4 mins)
